Bila2 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the bila2 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal and binding agreement between you ("User") and bila2 ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the bila2 website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms set forth herein.

2. Account Creation & Security
To access full bila2 services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is only allowed to have one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. bila2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account access being blocked.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a bila2 platform user, you agree to comply with the following rules at all times:
- Do not use the platform for any illegal activities, fraud, or activities that violate applicable Malaysian laws.
- Do not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technology to access or interact with the platform without prior written permission from bila2.
- Do not attempt to cheat the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or gain unfair advantages in any games or bets.
- Do not share or transfer your account to others. Accounts are exclusively for the personal use of the registered owner only.
- Do not post, distribute, or transmit any content that is abusive, obscene, threatening, or infringes on third-party rights.
- Comply with all terms related to promotions, bonuses, and special offers published by bila2 from time to time.
Bila2 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts without compensation.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on bila2 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and other local digital payment options listed in your account payment section.
Deposits are usually credited to your account shortly after the payment provider confirms the transaction. bila2 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment systems, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
For withdrawals, users must complete a satisfactory identity verification process before withdrawal requests are processed. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set based on the payment method chosen and may change according to current bila2 policies. All current limits can be viewed in your account section after logging in.
Bila2 reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or cancel any transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. In such cases, bila2 may report the activity to relevant authorities if necessary.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Bila2 provides the platform as is without any warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, bila2 is not liable for any losses, direct or indirect damages, or losses arising from platform use, including but not limited to lost bets, technical disruptions, or temporary unavailability.
User accounts may be suspended or permanently closed for the following reasons:
- Violating any provisions of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Attempts to exploit or cheat the system are prohibited.
If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, bila2 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending the results of an internal investigation. For accounts closed voluntarily by users, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal following standard procedures once all investigations are complete.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
All content on the bila2 platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interface design, software, and source code — is owned by bila2 or licensed to bila2 by relevant third parties. No content from this platform may be copied, redistributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission from bila2.
The bila2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, content, or websites. These links are provided for user convenience only. bila2 does not control third-party content and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party services.
Bila2 may modify, add, or amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to users via the website or registered email. It is the user’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved by courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
